Training and Further EducationBesides “training on the job” our employees are accompanied by their Performance Manager in their professional and personal development. The basis is the annual PerForm process in which, among the annual target agreements qualified feedback to assessment, and the promotion of personal development are paramount. Based on these findings, every employee arranges his individual further education plan together with his Performance Manager.
Our education and training program is based on a four-pillar-model:

- International Workshops as part of the Training Program across the Group
- Cooperation with the Yale University: At three levels of training, we train our best people at Yale and Frankfurt at the highest level
- An internal web-based learning Management System
