After we have conducted an initial structured telephone interview with you, you will be invited to an introductory interview at our company. This personal interview is typically conducted by the relevant technical specialist and our recruiting officer. We want to use the interview time efficiently to establish if mutual expectations can be fulfilled. The first interview normally takes about 60-90 minutes. In this time you will have the opportunity to prove your technical competence and give us an impression of yourself. This interview also gives you the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes at BearingPoint. Use this opportunity to answer all your questions about our company. You can then gain a good overall picture of whether or not BearingPoint meets your expectations regarding technical challenges, company benefits and a pleasant working environment.

A wide variety of areas of responsibility await you. In our software engineering department - as part of a cross-functional scrum team, you will be able to self-organise your work tasks. Our scrum teams develop solutions for national and international customers and work hand in hand with product and project management teams. This will expose you to a highly varied field of activity. In our Operation and Support Centre - you take responsibility for the integration of applications and software solutions in a live environment together with our business and technology experts. This way you can contribute your know how and improve your experience while taking part in these engineering and implementation projects. In our project management department you will be exposed to a broad range of challenging project management tasks and act as the interface to the customer.
