Salzburg AG (SAG) is an Austrian Cable Operator providing television, internet via cable, dial-up and leased lines. Based on heavy expansion of internet and Voice-over-IP services SAG was facing high demand for an integrated provisioning solution that accelerates order management processes and at the same time guarantees data integrity and accurate billing.

Following eTom principles in accordance with TM Forum standards for NGOSS, BearingPoint implemented its Infonova BSS. Due to the flexibility and open architecture of Infonova BSS provisioning time could be reduced dramatically. Salzburg AG is now able to launch new products within short time-to-market and perform a smooth integration of further services.
