The mobile industry is changing rapidly! New revenue models are being invented and delivered by new operators and pressure of competition is forcing operators to further cut their prices at the pain barrier. As a consequence the majority of GSM operators are facing declining revenues and therefore pressure on their share prices.

To be successful Mobile operators will need to deliver on an array of new expectations from customers, partners and suppliers which will fundamentally test their appetite and capabilities to transform.

In his presentation Andrew will show how virtualization can solve the technical challenges of implementing complex business models without needing to replace existing management systems. In addition he will show options for operators to grow their market share, the ways to enhance the BSS environment to handle those options in a non-intrusive way, and through this restore shareholder value.
