ALBTELECOM signs maintenance contract
ALBTELECOM has signed a one year contract with Infonova for the integral maintenance services of their Infonova Billing System.
During that maintenance period ALBTELECOM will be supported in correction of errors and updating the current system. The contract also includes a Help Desk Support with error levels to assist ALBTELECOM in solving unexpected problems. To perform these services, Infonova will provide highly qualified maintenance specialists who will ensure a frictionless support.
